You give it a Roblox username, it goes through their avatar items, badges and reputation, and tells your staff what it found.
What it actually looks at
Accessories and clothing they own, against a flag list your staff and the AI build up. If the inventory is private, it checks what they're wearing and their saved outfits instead.
Badges, with a little graph, so a fresh alt that farmed 2,000 badges in a week stands out.

What it doesn't do
It doesn't ban anyone. Your staff decide. RoVuew just puts the facts on the table.
It doesn't read anyone's messages or DMs.
It doesn't keep a file on everyone it checks. Clean accounts aren't saved at all. Here's exactly what is.
The AI that looks at item pictures is strict on purpose and gets things wrong sometimes. Every AI flag goes to a review channel where a person can fix it or throw it out.
Getting it
