Summary. Use RoVuew to protect your community, not to target people. Results can be wrong, so staff make the final decision. Don't share results publicly. We can remove access from servers that misuse it.
These terms are between you and the RoVuew team ("we"). "You" means anyone who adds RoVuew to a Discord server, runs its commands, or uses this website. By doing that, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use RoVuew.
The basics
What RoVuew is. A Discord bot that looks at public information about Roblox accounts (items, badges, account age) and at third-party reputation lists (Server Sweep, TASE, XTracker), and shows it to your staff. It's free, and it's provided as it is.
Age. You must be old enough to use Discord where you live (at least 13), and meet Discord's own terms.
Your server, your call. If you add RoVuew to a server, you're responsible for how your staff use it there, and for telling your members that you check accounts (a line in your rules or verification channel is enough).
Other platforms' rules still apply. Using RoVuew doesn't change your obligations under the Discord Terms of Service, Discord's Developer Policy, or Roblox's terms.
How you can use it
Only for moderation. Use RoVuew to decide who joins or stays in your community, or to look into a real moderation problem. Nothing else.
You must not:
use results to harass, threaten, dox, shame or stalk anyone, or to organise anyone else doing that;
post or share check results outside your staff team, for example in public channels, on social media, or in "callout" posts;
build a database, blacklist or profile of people from RoVuew results, or sell or give results to anyone;
check people in bulk for reasons that have nothing to do with your own community;
try to get around cooldowns, the queue, approvals or the weekly server check limit, or flood the bot;
try to break, reverse engineer, overload or get into RoVuew's systems, or anyone else's;
give RoVuew a Bloxlink key you're not allowed to share.
Look before you act. The flag list and the AI's picture checks are strict on purpose and can be wrong. Item names and reputation lists can be wrong too. The AI overview, its alt guess and its suspicion score (0 to 1000) are only an AI's opinion. A person on your team has to look at the actual evidence before you act on anyone. Never ban, kick or refuse someone only because of RoVuew's score, alt guess or flags.
People who opted out. Someone who opted out can't be checked, and you must not try to check them some other way through RoVuew, for example under another name.
Appeals. If someone you acted on disputes a Server Sweep, TASE or XTracker record, send them to that service's own appeal process. If you moderate anyone over a Server Sweep flag, you must give them Server Sweep's appeals server, discord.gg/KdVhtSE4Jp (RoVuew shows this link with every Server Sweep result); Server Sweep requires it, and appeals there open once someone has been clean for 3 months. If they dispute something RoVuew flagged, send them to us. We fix mistakes.
Server checks and Bloxlink keys
Approval./guildcheck only works in servers we've approved, which you can ask for in our Discord. We can say no, or take an approval back, at any time, for example if we think it's being misused.
AI opinion and 18+. The AI opinion and suspicion score only run in servers we've marked 18+. Only ask for that if everyone in your server, staff and members, is 18 or older.
Limits. Each server can run one server check a week. Checks wait in a shared queue and can be slow when it's busy.
Bloxlink keys. Only the server owner can give RoVuew a Bloxlink key. By giving one you confirm it's yours to give and that Bloxlink's terms allow it. You can remove it whenever you like. You're responsible for who you share its password with.
Our side
Changes and downtime. RoVuew is run by a small team on our own hardware. We may change features, add limits, or pause or stop the bot, sometimes without warning. We'll try to give notice in our Discord when we can.
Ending access. We can block a user or server from RoVuew, or remove the bot, if these terms are broken or to protect people. You can stop using RoVuew any time by removing it from your server.
Other people's services. Some results come from Roblox, Server Sweep, TASE, XTracker, Bloxlink and Google. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or whether they're up.
No promises. RoVuew is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it's accurate, complete, always available or fit for any particular purpose.
Limits on our responsibility. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make using RoVuew, or for indirect or knock-on losses. Since RoVuew is free, we are only responsible for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and for anything else the law doesn't let us exclude (for example your mandatory rights as a consumer, including under Korea's Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and EU consumer law). Any part of these terms that is unfair under those laws doesn't apply to you.
Your responsibility. If you use RoVuew in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you're responsible for that, as far as the law allows.
Other terms
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and post the change in our Discord at least 7 days before it takes effect, or at least 30 days before if it is worse for you. If you keep using RoVuew after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using RoVuew.
Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections the law where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
Language. These terms are also available in Korean. For users in Korea, the Korean version applies if the two differ.
If one part doesn't hold up, the rest of these terms still apply.
